General Manager, Technical Services

Jimmy Allen is a native of Memphis. He joined TVA in 1994 and has held positions in marketing, account management, and economic development. He presently serves as general manager of Technical Services, overseeing engineers and designers who provide a wide variety of services to businesses and communities.

Melissa Morgan

General Manager, Business Resources

Melissa Morgan is responsible for overseeing TVA Economic Development’s efforts to assist partners in job creation and capital investment in the Tennessee Valley region.Her program focus areas include support of existing businesses and industries,retail recruitment,minority- and woman-owned businesses, business incubation,Appalachian Regional Commission partnership activities, and administration of the economic development loan portfolio.
