Jimmy Allen is a native of Memphis, Tennessee. He joined TVA in 1994 and has held positions in marketing, account management, and economic development. He presently serves as general manager of TVA Information and Technical Services, overseeing engineers, designers, and economic researchers who provide a wide variety of services to expanding and relocating businesses.
